What's the difference between exterior and interior waterproofing?
Exterior is the more thorough fix. We dig down along the foundation and apply a membrane to stop water before it reaches the wall. Interior works the other way: it manages water that's already getting in, using drainage and a sump pump, and it's the right call when we can't dig outside. After we've seen your place, we'll tell you which one actually makes sense.
How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing?
Watch for damp or musty smells, white efflorescence on the walls, peeling paint, foundation cracks, water pooling after rain, or visible mould. Spot any of those and it's worth booking a free on-site inspection so we can pin down the cause before it gets worse.
Can you fix foundation cracks without digging up my yard?
Often, yes. A lot of cracks can be sealed from inside with low-pressure polyurethane or epoxy injection that fills the full thickness of the wall, no excavation needed. We'll look at the crack and what's causing it, then recommend the method that'll actually hold.
