In everyday use they mean the same job — removing failed mortar and refilling the joints. Strictly, repointing is the repair itself, and traditional tuckpointing adds a fine contrasting line for a crisp finish. We’ll match whatever your wall needs and looks best with.
How much does tuckpointing cost?

That’s the whole point. We colour- and texture-match the mortar and tool the joints to match the originals, so the repair reads as part of the wall, not a patch.
Do you use lime mortar on older homes?
Yes. Century brick and stone homes need a softer, breathable lime-based mortar — hard modern cement can trap moisture and crack the brick. We choose the mix to suit the masonry.
